Terms of Service

1. The service

Fhemni provides public, evidence-aware summaries of videos and political programmes, source checking, community suggestions and voting, and optional AI-assisted questions. Public reading generally does not require an account. Some participation and question-answering features require sign-in and may be subject to usage limits.

You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required to consent to online services where you live. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

2. Accounts and authentication

You are responsible for access to any identity-provider account or email inbox connected to Fhemni, as well as your active session and magic links. Do not share a magic link or use another person's identity. Tell us promptly at privacy@fhemni.ma if you believe your Fhemni account is being misused.

Information supplied through an authentication provider must be accurate and must belong to you. Your use of authentication providers, YouTube, and other third-party services is also governed by their respective terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Fhemni to:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, or impersonate someone;
• submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, or privacy-invasive material;
• manipulate votes, create accounts to evade limits, send spam, or interfere with editorial review;
• probe, disrupt, overload, scrape at unreasonable volume, or bypass security and access controls;
• extract or misuse credentials, personal data, provider data, or non-public content; or
• use Fhemni outputs to make automated high-impact decisions about another person.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, Fhemni, or the public.

4. Your contributions

You remain responsible for suggestions, report text, source links, questions, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. You grant Fhemni a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, review, and improve the service. Private questions are not intentionally published.

Fhemni may moderate, decline, correct, or remove submissions. A suggestion or vote does not guarantee that a video will be analyzed or published.

5. AI, politics, and accuracy

Fhemni is an independent informational service. It does not represent a political party or candidate, does not tell anyone how to vote, and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

AI-generated and editorial content can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Feasibility assessments are forecasts based on stated assumptions, not guarantees. You should inspect the original material, timestamps, cited sources, publication date, and uncertainty before relying on an answer. You remain responsible for decisions you make using Fhemni.

6. Intellectual property and third-party content

Fhemni's original software, design, branding, and editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licenses. Public videos, party marks, provider names, and third-party sources belong to their respective owners. Links and embeds do not imply endorsement by Fhemni or by the linked party.

7. Availability, changes, and disclaimers

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue any feature. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, that every source will remain accessible, or that an AI provider will always return an answer.

To the extent permitted by law, Fhemni is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Ending use and changes to these Terms

You may stop using Fhemni at any time and may request account deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including responsibility for prior conduct, intellectual property, disclaimers, and lawful retention—will survive.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new date on this page. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.
